Batch processing reports
Run several report one after another
from any where in the application. Any report can be directed to a
printer Word Excel PDF, HTML, text file and dbf file.

Any report can be
included as and external report when there is a complex report that can
not be generated by VisualRep. Such as a report with several passes.

Report categories
You can create a category for a group
of reports when you want view only number of reports for specific
criteria. This is useful when there is a large number of reports. |
Parameter Selection
It has the capability to select a
parameter to be used in the report's body. The same parameter can be
used also in the query level.

Generate Report the

Can optimize
the fields in order to generate the minimum number of rows per report.
Provide the Fit to page capability by letting the user selecting the
number of rows of fields to be generated in the report. VisualRep will
attempt to squeeze all fields by reducing the font size.
