A ProMatrix International Partner is a ProMatrix Reseller located in a
non-English speaking country who provides product promotion, documentation
and support for ProMatrix Products in the language of that country.

A ProMatrix International Partner is expected to be proficient in using Visual
ProMatrix Enterprise and is expected to have operated successfully as a
ProMatrix Reseller. A ProMatrix International Partner's Reseller Discount is
based on their contributions in the following areas: |
- Advertising of ProMatrix Products in a non-English language.
- Providing technical support to users of ProMatrix Products in a
non-English language. Such support would be provided via a ProMatrix
Newsgroup set up for that purpose.
- Creation of localized documentation of ProMatrix Products in a
non-English language.
- Sales volume.
