How frequently will ProMatrix
release upgrades with new functionality to ProMatrix Partners? |

Frequent release of upgrades is one of the major benefits of
the ProMatrix Partners Program. We expect that upgrades will be
released about once a month. Some upgrade releases will be
betas. Other releases will be official version releases that
will immediately be available to new VPME purchasers. |

Will VPME users who are not
ProMatrix Partners be able to purchase all the upgrades made
available to ProMatrix Partners? |

No. Frequent upgrade releases are a benefit only ProMatrix
Partners will enjoy. We expect that upgrades will be made
available for sale to non-Partners about two times a year. The
price of those upgrades in total could be more than the $450
charge for an annual ProMatrix Partners subscription. |

Can I wait and purchase a
ProMatrix Partners subscription after ProMatrix releases a VPME
upgrade that I want and then get the upgrade free as part of the
subscription fee? |

No. That wouldn't be fair to ProMatrix Partners who
regularly subscribe. When you want to subscribe to the ProMatrix
Partners Program, you must already have the latest VPME released
version. If you do not have the latest released VPME version,
you will have to purchase an upgrade before you can purchase a
ProMatrix Partners subscription. A ProMatrix Partners
subscription only includes free upgrades released while the
subscription is in effect. |
