| All software has bugs. That's a fact of life.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee that ProMatrix Products are free from bugs. If you believe you have encountered a bug in a ProMatrix Product, we
encourage you to report it via email to
support@promatrix.com. The ProMatrix staff will
evaluate your report on a non-priority basis. If it is determined that a bug exists,
messages will be sent to the ProMatrix Newsgroups. If a fix is available, it will be
posted on the ProMatrix Library Newsgroup. Otherwise, a
verified bug report will be posted on the ProMatrix Library Newsgroup.
If you believe you need Priority Support to deal with what
you believe is a bug, you must use the Priority Support process to request Priority
Support. That means you must purchase or use your existing Priority Support incident units
to start the Priority Support process.
