Priority Support plans available to you and shows the charge for each plan. To

Priority Support

If you need emergency assistance or simply need to know
that you can get assistance when you need it on a priority basis, you
may want to purchase additional technical support services through our Priority Support
options. Priority Support can be purchased:
- on a per incident basis,
- on an annual basis in
sets of 10 or 25 Support Units, or
- as part of a ProMatrix Priority Support Plan.
Note: ProMatrix
Priority Support allows you to get quick assistance with issues directly
related to the functionality included in a ProMatrix Product. ProMatrix
Priority Support does not include (1) assistance with issues involved in
extending the functionality of a ProMatrix Product or (2) assistance in
writing code to extend or supplement ProMatrix code. |

The primary purpose of the ProMatrix Partners Program is to save you money
and to provide services that you need.
The ProMatrix Partners Newsgroups are the most economic way to obtain
ProMatrix Priority Support. |

When you are covered by the ProMatrix Partners Program, you are assured that
you can get technical support when you need it, that you'll always have the
latest VPM Enterprise version and that you'll pay the least for support and
upgrades. |

Every VPM Enterprise purchase comes with 90 days of ProMatrix Partners
coverage. After that, you can purchase annual ProMatrix Partners Program
coverage. |

The charge for an annual subscription to the ProMatrix
Partners Program is $495 per user per current VPM Enterprise license. To
purchase a ProMatrix Partners subscription, you must have a license for the
latest VPM Enterprise version. |

Priority Developer support provides email assistance with any ProMatrix Product. Choose from the following options:
- Pay per-incident support paid by credit card:
- $45 per Support Unit used; a Support Unit is 15 minutes of
ProMatrix staff time; any part of a Support Unit used counts as a full Unit.
- Annual accounts that provide:
- Support for multiple users
- 10 Support Units per year ($450)
- 25 Support Units per ($1,125)
Note:
Unused Support Units under all Plans expire one year from date of
purchase. |

The ProMatrix Gold Priority Plan is designed
for the individual ProMatrix Developer who expects to occasionally need email support on a priority basis. The Gold Priority Plan provides:
- 10 Priority Support Units per year
- One annual subscription to the ProMatrix Partners Program
The ProMatrix Gold Priority Plan is a $800 value that can
be yours for just $595* per year. |
