Payment
Policy
|
Payment for ProMatrix classes you will
attend must be received at least ten (10) business days before the date
the class begins. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
and Diners Club.
Purchase Orders: Purchase orders are
accepted from major U.S. corporations and governmental organizations, but
payment
must be received at least ten (10) business days before the date the class
begins. |

Cancellation
Policy
|
| If your cancellation notice is
received at least ten (10) business days before the date your class begins,
your fee will be refunded less a $100 cancellation charge. If your
cancellation notice is received within ten (10) business days before the
date your class begins, no refund will be made. You may substitute a
co-worker in your place or take the class at a later time. |
