| The release of VPM Enterprise is very exiting news. I cannot
think of another software development corporation that has so
patiently listened to the developers using their tools, incorporated
what the developers have asked for - and tied the results into a
product that is virtually (and physically) unmatched in the industry
for features, functionality and performance.
It's funny, on some of the VFP news groups there is a lot of talk
about VFP's future. Rare it is indeed when a single company,
"ProMatrix Corporation", has on it's own ensured that
very future with the release of a product so clearly at the forefront
of "Rapid [ Client Server ] Application Development".
Also, way to go Beta Testers! I learned more on the Beta Newsgroup
reading Hank's, Jan's, Bill's, Steve's, Edhy's, Bob's, Frank's and a
whole host of other developers tips and tricks - than anywhere else on
the Internet these days... Joe mentioned putting a few of these
togather, he should be talking to Whil's Publishing group about a VPME
book! More than enough content!
It's incredibly exiting developing in VFP these days, more jobs and
work in VFP than anybody imagines - Two VPME projects I am working on
were originally conceived as VB projects, until they saw what VPME was
capable of - these projects are now Pure VFP VPME projects - and have
long futures ahead of them...
Way to go ProMatrix! Congratulations again!
